Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Services


At Amplify Training & Consulting, we strive to provide exceptional services to our valued clients. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if you meet all of the following criteria:

  1. You have made a payment for our services.
  2. You request a refund within 7 days from the date of service completion, or a minimum of 14 days prior to work on service commencing.
  3. Your reason for requesting a refund falls within our refundable circumstances (see below).


2. Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered or completed as per the agreed terms.
  • Service quality is significantly below expectations.
  • Over-payment or duplicate payment.
  • Any other valid reason deemed appropriate by Amplify Training & Consulting.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after the service has been initiated or delivered.
  • Failure to communicate preferences or provide necessary information for the service.
  • Unable to take advantage of the service due to your own inaction or lack of engagement.
  • Chargeable expenses already incurred by Amplify Training & Consulting, e.g. travel and accommodation.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) that affect service delivery.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within the specified refund period.
  • Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days with further instructions.


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction or by an agreed-upon alternate method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the circumstances. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
